"Obama drops 'Creator' from Declaration quote . . ."

In case you may have thought that it is unwarranted for
people to question the sincerity of Obama's "Christianity", consider
the article referenced above. No Bible-believing Christian that I know,
or have ever known, would simply delete, in a public speech, an important, and
well-known, historical reference to the "Creator".
Anyone can speculate on why Obama chose to
delete, in a teleprompter-assisted speech, this well-known part of one of
the two most important founding documents of America (The Declaration of
Independence and the U.S. Constitution).
But why do I think he did it?
First of all, it absolutely wasn't
misspeaking, Obama said it, after a lengthy pause (listen to his speech on
YouTube). This was no mistake. It was very intentional. It
was a very intentional part of a political speech.
I claim that he did it (left out reference to the
"Creator") because his political ideology is much more important to
him than any pesky element of a Christianity that he gives lip service to,
but doesn't respect. The only religion that Obama has publicly
demonstrated respect toward, by bowing down to Muslim leaders, is Islam.
Obama obviously doesn't accept the Christian viewpoint
that human “rights” are endowed by God. Indications are that he believes
that "rights" are endowed by governments, not by God.
We certainly have proof from his statement that he
doesn't support the notion that "rights" are endowed by the
"Creator". He left the "Creator" out. Is this
his notion of Christianity? Is this part
of what he learned, in 20 years, at the feet of Liberation-Theology-pastor
Jeremiah Wright? Or did he learn this
from the community-organizer godfather, Saul Alinksy, RULES FOR RADICALS.
There are actually two
sentences from the Declaration of Independence that are pertinent to this
discussion:
"We hold these truths to be
self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their
Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and
the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are
instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the
governed."

President Obama has made it clear via his words and his
actions that he does not believe that "rights" are "endowed by
their Creator (God)". Also Obama has made it clear (by such actions
as forcing ObamaCare down the throats of an unwilling population) that he does
not believe that "governments are...deriving their just powers from the
consent of the governed." It is abundantly clear that Obama wants
the government to be the sole provider and dictator of human
"rights". And he, Obama, wants to decide what those "rights"
are. But after all, he is the ONE
that he has been waiting for.
His words (leaving out the “Creator”) are simply a
further, unmistakable demonstration that he is determined to change (re-write)
the historically clear precepts initiated by our founding fathers, precepts
that they wrote into our nation's founding documents. Obama is in
fact pursuing his unwavering, political intent, stated in his presidential
campaign, "We are five
days away from fundamentally transforming the United States."
Barack Hussein Obama is the most dangerous and
destructive individual, toward America's heritage of liberty and
self-government, ever to occupy the office of President.
Commentators have discussed many examples of this
destructiveness, but the most obvious is that Barack Obama holds
no allegiance to our nation's basic founding principles. He
holds no allegiance to the Declaration of Independence as written; no
allegiance to the U.S. Constitution as written. And to the extent
that he continues to pursue his destructive goal of "...fundamentally transforming the
United States", he is anti-American--this is what makes
him a deadly threat to our nation. This is why that he, and those who support
his ideology and his policies must be voted out of office, if our national
heritage is to survive. Let's begin the necessary cleansing on November
2nd, 2010.
