When they don't realize what they're doing, even sophisticated New Yorkers will tell you flat out, by what they do, that they know for a fact Islam is not a religion of peace.

Case in point. A Muslim will go on trial in April for trying to blow up the New York subway. Prosecutors are so worried about the safety of jurors that the jury will be totally anonymous. Nobody is going to know who they are. They will be identified by number and not by name.

Why would this be? Prosecutors know for a dead certain fact that Islam is not a religion of peace but rather a religion of death and violence. They know that the lives of every single juror would be at risk if other Muslims could identify them and find out where they live and work.

They know there is no way they could even seat a jury if they didn't offer them complete and total anonymity. Potential jurors aren't stupid; they know Islam is no more a religion of peace than Naziism.

And if they did manage to seat one under circumstances in which juror identities were known, that jury would acquit Osama bin Laden himself in a heartbeat before they would risk the wrath of Muslim avengers.

Islam a religion of peace? Hardly. Just ask New York City prosecutors.
