Q: How do I make a donation?
A: Online: go to https://donate.afa.net/. By phone: 800-326-4543 option 2 (CST). By postal service: American Family Association, P.O. Drawer 2440, Tupelo, MS 38803.
Q: I am not able to complete my online transaction! Did this process charge my credit card or not?
A: If your order “times out” during the credit/debit card processing, please call us toll free at 800-326-4543 option 3. We will check to see if your order was completed. We can help you proceed with your ordering process.
Q: I have not received my order!
A: Most orders are processed within two days of their receipt. Please allow 5-10 working days to receive your order. Due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may be delayed. If you feel your order is overdue, please contact the store at email@example.com. Please include your order number and a phone number that we might contact you during normal business hours. You may also find your orders tracking number in your account profile. AFA Online Store uses the Post Office (www.usps.com) or Federal Express (www.fedex.com) to ship products to our donors.
Q: Where do I mail a donation for a product in the AFA Online Store?
A: Send a check* payable to AFA, PO Drawer 2440, Tupelo, MS 38803.
Be sure to include the quantity, the name of the product you are requesting. Please include postage to cover the shipping of the product.
When you provide a
check as payment, you authorize us and our agents either to use information from your check to make a one-time
electronic fund transfer from your deposit account or to process the payment as
a check transaction. When we use information
from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn
from your deposit account as soon as the same day we receive your payment and
you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. Your
authorization is not limited by the date on the check. We may resubmit and
electronically collect the returned payments. If you do not wish your
payment processed by an electronic fund transfer, mail the payment to American
Family Association, PO Drawer 2440, Tupelo
along with notification specifying the preferred processing method
Q: I can’t get my password to work or I can’t remember my password!
A: Please enter your email address in space provided. Check your email for a message from the AFA Store. There should be a “temporary” password in this message. COPY it making sure not to get spaces that are before or after. Return to the login page and use your email address as your username and PASTE your “temporary” password in the space provided. Click “login”. You will immediately be asked to re-create a password. PASTE your “temporary” password into the space labeled “Old Password” and type your new password into the spaces provided. Click login. You should now be able to complete your order.
Q: Is your website secure?
A: We can assure you that there is a valid SSL certificate on the AFA store and that a padlock does appear on the Checkout screens, which includes the page where credit card information is entered.
Q: I thought you stated that these were “suggested donations”?
The padlock will appear in the Status Bar at the bottom right corner of the browser. One possibility is that the user may have disabled the Status Bar in their browser. In Internet Explorer as well as Firefox, the "Status Bar" can be displayed by clicking on the "Status Bar" option under the "View" menu. If there is a checkmark next to the "Status Bar" option in the View menu, the Status Bar should be displayed.
A: The prices listed are "suggested donations." These prices are figured by our cost of product, shipping, and packaging. We honor the donation basis, and if you would like to request a complimentary product, or even donate a different amount, please feel free to do so. In order to do this, you will need to call 1-800-326-4543. In some circumstances you may be asked to send a written request.
Please keep in mind that these are not free to our ministry nor is it free to package and ship them. It is of utmost importance to our founder and chairman, Dr. Donald Wildmon, to have the trust of our supporters. Without you we could not exist. Q: Does AFA ship orders outside the United States?
A: No, we do not. We apologize.
Q: May I return my products for a refund?
A: You may return your products for a refund, if they are unopened and undamaged. Please ship back to AFA Online Store, PO Drawer 2440, Tupelo, Mississippi 38803 or AFA Online Store, 107 Parkgate Dr., Tupelo, Mississippi 38801. Please enclose a note stating a request for refund. Upon receipt of the package, your credit card or checking account will be refunded the suggested donation amount you made. If we are unable to refund your suggested donation electronically, we will mail a check for the refunded amount to the billing address supplied on your order form. If this address has changed since you placed your order, please indicate the correct address to mail the check.
Q: What if I don’t want to place my personal information or credit card information online?
A: You may call us Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Central time. There are voicemail systems that may answer your call, so please do not leave your credit card number in your message. Do leave us a daytime phone number that we may return your call during the hours stated above. Due to the fact that AFA will need to verify your transaction electronically, you will need to supply information need to complete your transaction. If you desire, you may send a money order to complete your transaction.
