Victory for Life: American Family Association Thanks Congressmen in U.S. House of Representatives Who Voted for Protecting Unborn Babies Through Passage of ‘Pain-Capable’ Act


The U.S. House of Representatives spoke up for unborn babies last week with the passing of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, a bill sponsored by Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) that will protect babies from abortion after 20 weeks.
