ABC's Nightline airs pro-gay media bias

Nightline airs week long pro-homosexual agenda series. Help send a question to Ted Koppel: 'Where's the truth?'

Stephen Bennett, Christian recording artist, ex-homosexual, founder of Stephen Bennett Ministries and national speaker on coming out of homosexuality, is leading an all out effort to combat the non-stop, one-sided push of homosexuality upon America by ABC television - owned and operated by the pro-gay Disney company.

ABC's latest injection of tolerance and acceptance upon an already "overdosed" America came five nights in a row on "Nightline" with Ted Koppel.

The five part series, "A Matter of Choice?" aired May 20 -24, 2002. In Ted Koppel's own words about the show, describing his beliefs on people being "born gay", he says "...I do come into this with a bias of my own."

Bennett says Koppel is prejudiced and intolerant of the truth. "His goal was to further desensitize America to the sin of homosexuality. His drive and determination to make it morally acceptable will lead countless numbers down the road to personal suffering and regrets."

According to The Advocate, the national gay and lesbian newsmagazine, Koppel's program makes the interviewed Bible-believing Christians look "bizarre", "abnormal' and "...they make you shake your head and wonder."

Advocate writer Chris Bull, after previewing the first four nights segments, comments about Ted Koppel being a lot like Mr. Rogers with a "soothing Father Knows Best exterior" who "belies the heart of a subversive, fully intent on changing the way America thinks."

Bennett is no stranger to the pro-gay media bias. He and his wife Irene appeared all across America to millions of homes on The Ananda Lewis Show (CBS/KingWorld) in February of this year. His testimony of how he completely came out of homosexuality was deliberately deleted from the show - due to his mention of Jesus Christ.

The pro-gay producers also portrayed him as a wounded animal, praying daily not to return to the "gay" life style - completely contrary to the complete deliverance he shared with the predominantly homosexual audience.

Stephen has been in contact with the Nightline staff, demanding a "fair chance" for people to hear the truth about homosexuality. He says it is only right that ABC's Nightline produce and air a one-night show entitled "Gay To Straight - Is Change Possible?"

SAMPLE LETTER

Dear Nightline producers:

I am urging you to produce the show "Gay to Straight - Is Change Possible?" with Stephen Bennett, an ex-homosexual.

ABC continues to promote homosexuality to America in a very one-sided way, and Nightline's most recent pro-gay series "A Matter of Choice?" was clearly biased. America needs to hear the truth that homosexuals can completely change their behavior, and the dangers and risks of the homosexual life style. ABC's Nightline needs to be fair.

If ABC continues to air pro-gay one sided programs, I will make other choices with my viewing options, and no longer watch ABC television, as well as consider contacting ABC's sponsors and encouraging them to stop advertising with a biased, one sided anti-family network.

Thank you and I eagerly await your response.

Sincerely,
