FILE AN OFFICIAL INDECENCY COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) About Jackson's Exposure During Super Bowl Halftime Show!

Instructions: Fill in the form below with the requested information. An official FCC complaint form will be generated for you. Print and mail the complaint to the FCC. You should receive a reply from the FCC within 60-90 days regarding your complaint. Remember:

1. The FCC only recognizes written letters as formal complaints. For the FCC to act on your complaint, you must print and mail this complaint to the address shown on the letter.
