Prepare for More School Killings

The echoes of gunfire are still ringing in our ears. Another teen killing spree at a public high school. I wonder how long before these shootings become so commonplace that they no longer rate national news. Its just a matter of time, I believe. One thing’s for sure, the liberals’ self-serving policy of blaming guns won’t change things. These kids need self-control, not gun control. Self-control comes from a sense of personal accountability to high moral standards and morality is the one thing liberals will not tolerate.

Think about it. Isn’t it true that kids have always had access to guns in our society? Why has it only recently become a trend that they are killing each other with guns in psychotic rampages? What is different in the lives of these kids that makes any sense of this madness?

One answer screams for attention: the culture of sexual anarchy in which our youth are now steeped. It undermines every moral principle held by prior generations and breeds a kind of neurotic self-centeredness that can be recognized in every one of the teen killers. Graphic Hollywood violence undoubtedly contributes to the problem, but we had some of that in prior decades too, without seeing comparable atrocities.

No, the biggest difference is our sexual morality. Years ago we taught schoolchildren the person virtues of abstinence, chastity and marital fidelity and reaped a healthy family-based society. Today we teach them the vices of promiscuity, fornication and adultery and reap a plague of violence and disease.

School killings will not be stopped by gun control, or knife control or bomb control or poison control. They will only be stopped by self-control, and that is why they will not be stopped. Because the 60s liberals who now control things will never accept that it is their precious sexual revolution that has turned our children into moral schizophrenics.
