FRONT PAGE

marcavage AFA attorneys to defend college student
Officials at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, allegedly had student Michael A. Marcavage involuntarily committed to a state mental hospital after he initiatied a Christian response to a blasphemous play performed on campus. Marcavage is being represented by the AFA Center for Law & Policy (CLP) in a lawsuit.

PORNOGRAPHY

Movie Gallery refuses to remove porn
Number three video chain rebuffs request. Movie Gallery, the third largest video retailer in the country behind Blockbuster and Hollywood Entertainment, has once again refused the request of AFA and other pro-family groups that it no longer rent or sell hard-core pornographic videos.

PRO-LIFE ISSUES

Black community waking to most basic civil right.
African-American pastors are new abolitionists. A Black pastor is arrested and jailed for his participation in a public demonstration. Later, to spotlight their cause, black ministers lead a march from Newark, New Jersey, to the nation’s capital. Along the way, rallies are held in Philadelphia, Wilmington, Delaware and Baltimore. 1962? The civil rights movement? No. The year 2000. The “new civil rights movement.”

DON'S COLUMN

This is a story about a life-saving station, I think
Once upon a time there was a region on the northeast coast that was very dangerous for ships because of many hidden shoals and rocks and sudden, unexpected storms.

NEWS OF INTEREST

Culture, pro-life, religion, pornography, family, homosexual rights agenda and more
A broad sweep of social and moral issues facing Christian families.

PORNOGRAPHY ADDICTION

God brings healing to sexually addicted men
Fairview, a stately northern Kentucky home built in 1860, sits high on a hill surrounded by 44 acres of beautiful bluegrass countryside. During the Civil War, several families sought refuge at Fairview while husbands and fathers were off scouring the hills for rebel raiding parties.

ACTIVIST PROFILE

Turning things right side up Down Under
Help for life's hardest decision.

TIM'S COLUMN

I'll settle for simply decency
At the time of this writing it is still unclear who the next president of the United States will be. The jellyfish vote has still not been hand counted and judges in Florida are having a hard time finding volunteers to do so.

HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA

Why I can't be silent…answering objections from homosexuals
The E-mail glared at me from the screen. It said I was hateful and judgemental.
