FRONT PAGE

In God We Trust"In God We Trust" goes nationwide
If it’s OK to put it on our money, it’s OK to put it on the walls of our nation’s classrooms. AFA has begun a campaign to place nation’s motto in every classroom in America.

RELIGIOUS FREEDOM SYMPOSIUM

Perspectives from Notable Americans
Commentaries from well-known journalists, authors, columnists, speakers and others regarding religious freedom in America.

RELIGIOUS FREEDOM SYMPOSIUM

The State of Church and State
AFA attorneys speak out on freedom of religious expression in America.

DON'S COLUMN

Maintain our freedoms by exercising them
Jesus once told a parable about talents. Use them, He said, or you lose them. Like all the words of our Lord, they ring true with experience.

CULTURE

JC Penney drops Christian business affiliate
Some of the nation’s largest retailers have severed ties with KingdomBuy.com, a Christian online shopping mall, after the retailers were targeted in an E-mail campaign by advocates of online porn.

TELEVISION

Mock around the clock
Living in a nation which has traditionally strong religious roots, one might expect that network television would treat Christianity with a degree of respect. However, with few exceptions, Christianity and all other things holy are frequently mocked and slandered on TV.

MEDIA

Bias or balance
Conservative columnist and talk-show host Robert Novak told an audience in Washington recently that one of the silliest questions he is regularly asked is: “Does the media have a liberal bias?” To which he replies, “Of course they have a liberal bias, because they are all liberals!”

TIM'S COLUMN

If God called, would I strike out?
From April through July our family is not home, at least in the evenings. You see, I have two sons who play baseball – Wesley, 11, and Walker, 7.

INTERNET

Harry Potter hoax making Internet rounds
Christians appear to be falling for an E-mail hoax about the Harry Potter children’s book series.
