Reparing the Foundations

Please forward this to other pastors and Christian leaders.

WANTED: 100,000 pastors who are willing to fight for our children's future!

According to a recent study by the Barna Research Group, young people (ages 16-29) today are eight times less likely to say they have positive feelings toward evangelicals than the comparable age group just a decade ago. Moreover, today’s young people view Christianity in a very negative light, with more than 75% saying present-day Christianity is “judgmental,” “hypocritical,” “old-fashioned” and “too involved in politics.” Click here for the report.

When will Christian pastors and leaders finally say “enough is enough” and get involved?  Consider the following:

  • A homosexual group runs an ad depicting a painting of the “Last Supper” which features a group of homosexuals representing Christ and His disciples. Click here to see the ad.
  • The recently released movie “The Ten” is a spoof on the Ten Commandments in which Jesus has sex with a sexy virgin and each of the Commandments are violated. Click here for info about the movie.
  • An article from The Episcopal Majority says Paul was wrong and the church has been wrong on its stand against homosexuality for two thousand years..
  • The head of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest homosexual organization in America, calls those who believe homosexuality is wrong all kinds of derogatory names. Click here to read the quotes.
  • One of the largest financial magazines in America refused an ad because it had “Christian undertones.” Click here for more information.
  • Oprah says porn and adultery good for your marriage.  Click here for info.
  • San Francisco rejects U.S. Marines request to produce a commercial, but blocks off several city blocks for a homosexual festival.  Click here to read the news article.

I could fill pages with similar examples.

I don’t have to tell you what effect this unrelenting attack on the Christian faith, coupled with the bias and bigotry of the news and entertainment media, is having on our youth.

If you are willing to join in taking a stand for the future of our children, please register in the box to the right.

Unfortunately, much of the reason for the success of this attack falls at the feet of Christian pastors and leaders who refuse to take their faith beyond the walls of the church building.

I am trying to rally 100,000 pastors to come together to confront this bias and bigotry.  We must join hands and take a stand.  We currently have 6,500 pastors and leaders who have agreed to do exactly that.

If you are willing to join in taking a stand for the future of our children, please register in the box to the right.

Psalm 11:3 says, “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?”  They can do what God’s people have always done.  They can come together to rebuild the foundations.

Would you be willing to join 100,000 other pastors and Christian leaders to confront this issue?  If so, please join become part of Repairing the Foundations.  From time to time, we will send you information on what is happening and how you and your church members can join with others to confront those who seek to destroy our foundations.

If you are willing to join in taking a stand for the future of our children, please register in the box to the right.

Unless we Christian pastors and leaders get involved, our society will become more and more hedonistic and pagan.
