• To OVERTURN the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag cannot be recited in public schools because the phrase "under God" endorses religion. The Pledge of Allegiance is a uniquely American political creed that summarizes the founding and guiding principles of our nation. This decision must be overturned immediately!



• To REVERSE a recent decision which leaves our children unprotected. The case, Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition, involved the question of computer-generated images made to appear like child pornography. The Court ruled, 6-3 that the statute was unconstitutionally overbroad because, in addition to prohibiting actual and simulated acts of "hard core" child pornography, it could also be construed to breach protected speech such as the movie "American Beauty."

Take a stand for America! Take a stand with the men and women of our military who are right now fighting under our flag for freedom's cause! Take a stand for our children!

As a Christian American citizen, I am alarmed over the decision of the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag cannot be recited in public schools because the phrase "under God" endorses religion. The Pledge of Allegiance is a uniquely American political creed that summarizes the founding and guiding principles of our nation. It is unthinkable to me that we have reached a point in America where school children will be arrested for expressing their patriotism. I implore you to overturn this unconscionable decision of the Ninth Court.

Secondly, I am very disappointed that you have endangered our children and families by giving child pornographers constitutional protection. Your willingness to shield child pornography from legitimate governmental regulation makes it almost impossible to protect children from those who would sexually abuse them. I implore you to revisit, reconsider and reverse your decision.
