Businessman Leads Town in Fight Against Pornography
Jim Koeting knows how to fight porn in O'Fallon, Missouri: elect the right people to public office. Two years ago, Koeting helped get the St. Charles County's chief prosecutor, Jack Banas, elected by a margin of less than 100 votes. In a 6-3 decision, the United States Supreme Court ruled in March that an Erie, Pennsylvania, ordinance that prohibited public nudity was constitutional. The ordinance had been challenged by an adult club which featured totally nude erotic dancing. AFA Journal
