State legislatures must resolve illegal and fraudulent voting in 2020 presidential election.

Monday, December 28, 2020 @ 01:14 PM State legislatures must resolve illegal and fraudulent voting in 2020 presidential election.
Tell state legislators to select presidential electors representing legal voters

Staggering evidence of widespread fraud and illegal voting is reported in the states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

CONTACT YOUR STATE LEGISLATORS: Tell your state legislators to remedy illegal and fraudulent votes by recertifying the 2020 federal election based on legal votes.

Recent reports clearly indicate the number of illegal votes is outside the margin of victory in all of these states. Illegal and fraudulent votes that were cast in these states violate both the election laws adopted by these states' legislatures and the U.S. Constitution. The Constitution empowers these states' legislatures to remedy any fraudulent and illegal votes and to recertify their states' electors based solely upon legal votes.

American economist Peter Navarro (PhD in economics from Harvard) produced a report on the Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities. The table below is taken from the report which presents different types of illegal and fraudulent votes cast.

Conservative Action Project (CAP) also made a report available on the illegalities of elections in five of these states. For example, the CAP report indicates the following regarding Maricopa County in Arizona:

Six minutes after the polls closed at 7 p.m. November 3, Biden received a net gain of 143,100 votes. Cyber Security expert witness, retired Col. Phil Waldron, testified that such increase was a mathematical impossibility because there were not enough machines in use to process that many votes in that short amount of time. The Dominion voting machines were connected to the internet, thereby completely violating all security mandates.

State legislators have the power to act now and solve any election problems prior to January 6 when electoral votes are counted. Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution, the "electors clause," grants state legislators the complete authority and responsibility to appoint the electors from their state. It says:

"Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors."

Contact your state legislators now. Urge them to take immediate action to remedy election fraud in their state and select a new slate of electors based solely upon legal votes. The U.S. Constitution makes it clear that state legislators do not need their governor to call the legislature into session to elect a fresh slate of electors.

However, in most of these states, executive persons (e.g., the governor or attorney general) are being sued for illegally blocking states' legislatures from exercising their constitutional authority to convene and select new electors. Reports indicate:

The Amistad Project of the non-partisan Thomas More Society has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia demanding that legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin be allowed to certify electors prior to congressional certification (scheduled for January 6).

Urge state legislators to convene and assess illegal and fraudulent voting in their state and to select electors who only represent lawful votes. However, if the state's federal election is irredeemably compromised, then the states' legislature should report the irredeemable status of the election to the President of the Senate prior to the January 6 congressional certification.

Reports of election fraud are widespread. Watch this short video to get a sample of alleged fraud and illegal voting. The Epoch Times has also produced a full-length investigative documentary titled Who's Stealing America?

Now that you have seen the evidence of fraud, your job is to call your state legislators and governor to convene and select electors based on the will of lawful voters.

If legislators see the evidence and are persuaded that there was corruption and fraud –– i.e., creating a flawed election –– they have the power to act.

Members of our military fought and died so that we could be free. Let's now do what we can to make sure that our children and grandchildren will also be free.

The choice for state legislators is clear –– do nothing and allow the inauguration of a president who was not lawfully selected by the voters, or take action to preserve our nation as a Shining City set upon a Hill, as it was intended to be. Act now.
