Joshua Dunlap, nominated to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and Chad Meredith, nominated to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, have shown themselves to be high quality nominees of robust legal acumen who will be dedicated to the Constitution and the proper constitutional role of judges.
