Lt. Col. Allen West, a 22 year veteran of the United States Army, has some definite opinions about whether we can win the war against ISIS from the air, and whether President Obama is acting constitutionally by ordering air strikes in Syria without congressional authorization. He also believes the president is deliberately seeking to purge the military of many of its senior officers.
