Shortly after Hillary Clinton’s unsuccessful White House bid, the suggestion was floated that the Russians are to blame for the election of Donald Trump. This is nothing more than a classic diversionary tactic trying to redirect people from the reality that the Democrats put forth a bad candidate for president in 2016.
The Washington Post says, “The CIA has concluded in a secret assessment that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win the presidency.” What they are referring to is the Democratic National Committee and John Podesta (one of Clinton’s top aides during the campaign) emails that were hacked and turned over to Wikileaks.
Remember that back in August, the former CIA director Michael Morell came out publicly against Donald Trump and said “he may well pose a threat to our national security.” Then just three days later fifty GOP national security officials published a joint letter saying that Mr. Trump would put America’s national security “at risk.” Now just four months later an unnamed source claims that the CIA has concluded that Russia is responsible for meddling in the U.S. presidential election.
This seems strangely coincidental.
Where were these fifty national security officials when the acting Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had her private email server in the bathroom closet? Where were these national security advisers when Secretary Clinton emailed classified information to her house maid to print off?
To be honest, I doubt anyone knows for sure who it was that hacked the DNC and John Podesta. To this point, no U.S. intelligence agency has published any hard evidence to back up these claims.
Another concern is how the DNC leaks occurred in July and the CIA waited until December to say that it was Russia. How the FBI could go through 650,000 emails on Anthony Weiner’s computer and quickly clear Hillary Clinton of any wrongdoing yet it takes the CIA six months to figure out who hacked the DNC is a mystery to me. Looks like this may have all been timed for political reasons.
What no one is disputing is the damning content of these emails. The Independent Journal Review put together an article titled “8 Most Damning Takeaways from 'October Surprise' Email Hack from WikiLeaks…”
Another interesting fact that we must not forget is that President Obama’s State Department sent hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants to an Israeli group that attempted to oust Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. According to the Washington Times, “Some $350,000 was sent to OneVoice, ostensibly to support the group’s efforts to back Israeli-Palestinian peace settlement negotiations. But OneVoice used the money to build a voter database, train activists and hire a political consulting firm with ties to President Obama’s campaign — all of which set the stage for an anti-Netanyahu campaign, the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations said in a bipartisan staff report.”
Talk about meddling in foreign elections. President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seem to know all about this.
