A Call to Prayer

DAILY STAND EMAIL
Wednesday, September 05, 2018 @ 09:25 AM A Call to Prayer Tim Wildmon President MORE

This week, Judge Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation hearing is taking place in Washington.

As the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary begins its process of confirming President Trump’s nomination for a seat on the Supreme Court, I ask you to pray.

Unfortunately, there are already those who are showing no respect for the American process or the rule of law. Some on the committee are doing everything they can to stop the proceedings, while guests inside the U.S. Senate committee chambers are causing loud and boisterous disruptions.

We are Americans. And while we may not all agree on things, we should all agree to respect the process and allow it to move forward. But the left is becoming more and more open with their hatred for President Trump and anyone who is associated with his administration. Quite frankly, it’s getting dangerous for these people and their families.

Please join me in praying this week for Judge Kavanaugh, his family, our nation, and this very important nomination.
