If transgender-inclusive ideology hasn't hit your child's school yet, hold on because it's on the way. There is a tsunami of dangerous ideas about to hit public schools in the form of sex education programs, anti-bullying initiatives, and library reading programs. You may be wondering, "What can I do? I'm just a mom." Or "How can I make a difference, I'm just a concerned teacher, grandparent, father, or pastor?"

Audrey Werner was "just a mom" and a school nurse. But with the help of Almighty God, she stood up against the UN, Planned Parenthood International, and UNICEF and halted the implementation of a harmful sex education program in Uganda. AFA's Kendra White caught up with Audrey to hear the incredible story of how one woman changed the course of a nation. Click here or the image below to watch:

Audrey's story is a powerful reminder that one person really can make a difference. And you don't have to be an elected official or an expert to do so! Just look at some of the videos on social media of teachers and parents standing up for truth in school board meetings all across the country. If God asked you to take that kind of stand, would you be willing to obey? Are you ready to get your hands dirty and ask your child's teacher to let you look at their curriculum? What would you do if you found something you disagreed with? As you enjoy time with your family this summer, ask God to prepare you for whatever trials may come next school year.

One way to prepare is to arm your family with the truth! With so much indoctrination going on, many young people from Christian families are confused about what the Bible really teaches on homosexuality and transgenderism. Check out this video from American Family Studios to shed some light on the topic and consider sharing with someone else who needs to be reminded!
