On February 11, my wife Alison and I attended a conference in south Florida where Gov. Ron DeSantis spoke. Although, like you, I had heard him mentioned in the news a lot since he won re-election in blow-out fashion, it was the first time I’d heard the governor give a presentation in person. I must say I was impressed with his substance and story.
Although he has not announced for the GOP presidential nomination, a lot of people think that he will soon. I wanted to give you the opportunity to hear the same speech we heard.
There will be several candidates in the upcoming Republican primary. It is my desire that the best possible candidate would emerge to take on the secular “progressives” in 2024. GOP primary voters will make that decision over the next 17 months.
