This episode of It's My Turn is a must-listen for anyone interested in the core values that have historically supported and strengthened our society.

A group of people embarked on an ambitious project to build a new kind of building, one that the world had never seen before. They named this building America. Unlike previous structures that relied on a single pillar, this new building would stand on three equal pillars: home, school, and church. These pillars were not just physical supports but represented the fundamental institutions that would uphold the society.

Generations of people worked tirelessly to maintain and strengthen these pillars. Their dedication ensured that the building called America became one of the most admired in the world. However, as time passed, some began to question the necessity of having three pillars. They believed that the building could stand on just two pillars and started to neglect the pillar of the church.

This neglect led to a gradual weakening which in turn placed more strain on the pillars of home and school. Despite noticing the weakening foundation, many failed to acknowledge the root cause. Efforts to strengthen the building often ignored the importance of the church pillar, leading to further deterioration.

No building like America can ever stand except on the three equal pillars of home, school, and church. This powerful statement underscores the essential role that each pillar plays in maintaining the integrity of the entire structure.

Are we maintaining the balance needed to keep our building strong?
