Millions of online shoppers are staying warm and cozy today on what has been dubbed “Cyber Monday,” the biggest online shopping day of the year, when Americans are expected to spend more than $2 billion through online retailers. Last year saw record Cyber Monday sales.

Many of those shoppers will be clicking their way to the American Family Association (www.afa.net) online store (www.afastore.net) to pick up DVD copies of the hit family film “Summer Snow.” Thousands have already been purchased through the online store, but now, a special gift set featuring an exclusive “Summer Snow” blend of Thomas Street Coffee is also available.

The gift set includes an 8-ounce bag of the “Summer Snow” medium roast coffee with notes of milk chocolate, subtle fruit and maple flavors, as well as “Summer Snow” on DVD for $21.99.

“This is definitely the most wonderful time of the year,” said Kendra White, one of the movie’s co-writers and co-directors, “and we are so blessed to share the wonderful ‘Summer Snow’ story with thousands of families this Christmas. And adding the extra stocking stuffer of Thomas Street Coffee couldn’t be better!”

Those interested in the gift set should order at http://afastore.net/summer-snow-coffee-combo.html by Dec. 16 to ensure delivery by Christmas. The “Summer Snow” Coffee Combo will be available only for a limited time.

Released by the AFA division American Family Studios and co-written and co-directed by brother-and-sister team Jeremy White and Kendra White, “Summer Snow” saw a successful multi-weekend run this summer in Tupelo, Miss., where AFA is headquartered, and Lexington, Ky., where the movie was filmed.

The movie has been called “wonderful,” “inspiring,” “exceptional,” “amazing” and “uplifting.” Providing a wonderful opportunity for families and small groups to gather and discuss issues of family and faith, it serves as a perfect gift opportunity for friends and family members of all ages.

Starring David Chisum, Cameron Goodman, Garrett Backstrom, Brett Rice and Rachel Eggleston, “Summer Snow” tells the story of 8-year-old Hallie Benson (Eggleston), a small girl with a very big heart. Whether baking cookies for a grumpy neighbor or selling toothbrushes to help a friend, Hallie always thinks of others. Unfortunately, her “creative” ways of helping people often leave her father, Dan (Chisum), with a mess to clean up. Dan struggles to keep it all together after his wife’s death. He doesn’t cook, do hair or know how to help his three children without his beautiful wife and her unshakeable faith in God.

“Summer Snow’s” successful television debut on UPTV in August set network records, becoming the second-most-popular movie in the history of the network and also the No. 1 movie premiere thus far in 2014 among women ages 25-54. “Summer Snow” continues to air on UPTV.
