Recently I was in Richmond, Virginia, speaking at a dinner for some of our loyal listeners and supporters in the area. During the evening one lady came up to me and told me that she was at a very low point in her life a few years ago and just happened to tune into American Family Radio and heard a message from Dr. David Jeremiah which saved her life. She said if not for that particular broadcast, she is not sure what would have happened to her. She thanked me for AFR and I hugged her neck. All you can do when someone tells you this is to say, “Thank you, Lord!”

Only twice a year do we go over the air bringing our financial needs to our listening family. That’s six days total. But these six days determine if we will be able to keep going and growing and reaching more people with the truth of God’s Word and the truth about what is happening in our country. The war for the soul of America rages on, and AFR is one of the few voices left who haven’t cowered to the pressures of political correctness, the forces of secularism and the powerful homosexual agenda. As for AFR and our commitment to the moral values the Bible teaches, let me assure you: We Will Stand!
