There is a secret to the universe. It holds clues that point to a Creator. When Jason discovers a mysterious secret message from his Grandpa Ren, his search to find out what it means also uncovers ways of discovering meaning in the universe. In God’s Crime Scene For Kids, Jason and the other cadets at the Police Junior Cadet Academy under the tutelage of Detective Jeffries use detective skills to find out Grandpa Ren’s mystery. Along the way, they learn that the same skills prove truths about the universe – and its creation.

For example, they learn that Jason’s secret message required a source in an intelligent being outside of itself, was created with a purpose, and was fine-tuned with specific directions to accomplish its purpose. At the same time, they discover amazing truths about physics, astronomy, and biology that also require a similar source – that is a Creator. Difficult concepts are fed to kids in fun and engaging way and bring apologetics arguments home to kids in a natural and unassuming way.

J. Warner Wallace, author of God’s Crime Scene For Kids, is well acquainted with discovering the truth about secrets. As a cold-case homicide detective and a former atheist, he uncovered the truth about atheism – and the evidence it tries to hide about a Creator and a God in the universe. On his website, Wallace has long presented apologetics materials and support for a Christian worldview.

Wallace maintains ties working with Summit Ministries, Colson Center for Christian Worldview, and Biola University. He has served as youth pastor and church planter. And he has taught apologetic truths to adults in his books, Cold-Case Christianity, God’s Crime Scene, and Forensic Faith

Now, Case Makers Academy brings these truths to light for children. In a series of three volumes, Cold-Case Christianity For Kids, God’s Crime Scene For Kids, and the soon to come Forensic Faith For Kids, he presents his expertise in compelling truths of Christianity set in a story that is engaging enough for both kids and adults. Casemakersacademy.com presents a wealth of accompanying materials to the books. Fun activity sheets, workbook pages, and leader guides all download for free.

Wallace is also speaking at the Truth for a New Generation “Save a Nation” conference this year on March 23-24. Truth for a New Generation is a conference spearheaded every year by AFA’s own Alex McFarland who co-hosts Exploring the Word on AFR. The conference is especially geared toward young adults and teens but attracts adults of all ages.

“The staff and speakers of Truth For A New Generation are trusted colleagues – leaders in their respective fields – and are presenters which I have personally selected,” McFarland says on the website. “As a Christian, I know you share my desire to see our nation transformed through the truth of Jesus Christ. The speakers here represented by Truth For A New Generation are being used to make an immeasurable difference. The TNG team is, ‘in it to win it!’ We are fighting for the future of a culture.”
