Americans Standing for Life at Hundreds of Planned Parenthood Protests Across Country

TUPELO, Miss.—After thousands gathered in August to protest Planned Parenthood locations across the country, another round of protests is set for Saturday morning nationwide, and American Family Association (AFA, www.afa.net) has again signed on as a co-sponsor of the #ProtestPP effort.

More than 250 protests in nearly every state across the nation will kick off on Saturday morning, Oct. 10, against the abortion giant. Those who plan to stand for the unborn and value the sanctity of life this weekend have plenty to protest, as a series of 10 damaging videos has been released by the Center for Medical Progress, detailing some of the barbaric practices of the nation’s largest abortion provider.

“We are thankful for those who continue to work tirelessly to bring attention to the extremely serious issues that have come to light about the murderous practices of Planned Parenthood,” said AFA President Tim Wildmon. “AFA is proud to serve as a co-sponsor to the hundreds of peaceful protests happening around the country. The fact is that, even as lawmakers consider how to defund Planned Parenthood, action must be taken by every American who is concerned with the lives of the unborn.
